Hose Assembly Production Work Cell(Langley)

Hose assembly quality using touch screen technology at our Langley facility ensures that our OEM hose assemblies meet our customer’s quality standards before they leave our building.

Emergency Mobile Hose Repair and Installation

Our Langley location has three fully-equipped mobile hose repair trucks that can be dispatched to your location 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Pacific Hose & Fittings was formed in 1977 by Wally Duncombe to supply high quality hose, fitting and accessory products to the Western Canadian market. The company’s culture was built on a solid customer service-oriented foundation and always remained loyal to its customer and supplier partners. The company grew rapidly in the Vancouver region by adhering to these core principles. We opened our branch in Edmonton, Alberta in 1992.

In 2001, Pacific Hose & Fittings was purchased by Air-Way Manufacturing Company, one of the leading global manufacturers of hydraulic adapters. Air-Way was formed in 1950 and maintains longstanding supply relationships with premier OEMs such as Caterpillar, John Deere, CNH, Kubota, Volvo and many others. Air-Way’s corporate headquarters are located in Olivet, Michigan with adapter production facilities in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Shandong Province, China that support the global expansion of our OEM customer partners.

Air-Way Canada and Hydra-Flex have also established a partnership with Manuli Hydraulics to provide high quality hose assemblies to our OEM, distributor and MRO customers. Manuli is a global manufacturer of low, medium and high pressure hose and crimp fittings and is a leader in the development of innovative products that meet the changing needs of our customers.

Air-Way Canada has also established itself as a supplier of a broad range of products allowing us to support our customers with a complete turnkey product solution for their hydraulic component requirements.

MALE STUD COUPLINGS

Stud Couplings connect a male 24 Degree DIN
to a variety of termination end options
including: BSP Parallel, Metric Parallel,
UNF/UN-2A (SAE), BSP Taper (BSPT), NPTF.

EQUAL FITTINGS

Equal fittings are more commonly referred
to as union fittings in North America.
VOSS 24 degree equal fittings are available
in straight, 90°, and tee configurations.

REDUCING COUPLINGS

VOSS reducing couplings are available
in a variety of configurations including:
24 degree tube, metric, and BSPP.

TUBE CONNECTION COMPONENTS

VOSS cutting rings and tube nuts are included
in this section. Both the VOSS 24 and ES-4
cutting rings are included

ADJUSTING COUPLINGS

This section includes VOSS coupling configur-
ations that include swivel connections on one
end.

BLANKING PLUGS

Both one piece plugs and two-piece insert
plugs are available in this section.

HOSE BARBS

Connect push-on hose to male 24
degree connections.
